Due to one end of the tunnel oven being connected to the bottle washing room and the other end to the filling room, the air pressure between the bottle washing room and the filling room has an impact on the air pressure balance of the tunnel oven. The opening of these two rooms will cause changes in the air pressure inside the rooms, naturally leading to fluctuations in the balance of air pressure in the tunnel oven.
If the door of the bottle washing room is opened (causing pressure relief), it will cause a decrease in the air pressure in the bottle washing room and a relative increase in the air pressure inside the tunnel oven. Resulting in more airflow from the heating section leaking into the bottle washing room through the preheating section, and the domino effect causing airflow from the cooling section to enter the heating section. The heat load of the relative heating section will decrease, which can seriously affect the Fh value of the tunnel oven.
If the door of the filling room is opened (causing pressure relief), it will cause a decrease in air pressure in the filling room and a relative increase in air pressure inside the tunnel oven. Causing more airflow from the heating section to enter the cooling section, resulting in poor cooling effect of the bottle. Similarly, the domino effect causes the moisture flow that should have gone to the preheating section to flow back into the heating section, which cannot be effectively discharged and consumes a large amount of heat energy in the heating section, inevitably leading to a decrease in the Fh value of the tunnel oven.
In practical operation, it is necessary to avoid personnel entering and exiting the bottle washing and filling rooms as much as possible, and to maintain the air pressure balance of the tunnel oven to the maximum extent possible, thereby ensuring the effectiveness of sterilization and heat removal.
