The difference between oven and aging test chamber
Update Time£º2021-3-16 Hits£º313 [Back]

Oven generally refers to the commonly used series of products such as blast drying oven and vacuum drying oven in daily life. The aging test chamber mainly includes temperature aging, sunlight irradiation aging, loading aging, etc. Among them, the high-temperature aging test chamber is the most common type. Many enterprises and research institutions find it difficult to make a decision when choosing between ovens and high-temperature aging test chambers. By understanding the difference between ovens and aging test chambers, one can accurately locate their real needs and meet the testing requirements.
1¡¢ Configuration differences:
1. Ovens generally do not contain turntables, while high-temperature aging test chambers contain sample racks and turntable devices.
2. The control of circulating gas is different. The ventilation volume and frequency of the internal ventilation cycle in the oven cannot be specifically controlled and coordinated, while the ventilation aging test chamber can accurately control the ventilation and frequency, increase heating power, and maintain constant temperature control after ventilation.
2¡¢ Temperature control difference:
In terms of temperature control accuracy, the uniformity of the oven is generally ¡Ü¡À 2.5%, while the temperature uniformity of the thermal aging test box is ¡Ü¡À 2 ¡æ, which is much stronger than that of the blast drying box.
3¡¢ Differences in application areas:
The series of products such as blast drying oven and vacuum drying oven are suitable for drying, anti-aging, baking and sterilization of non-volatile substances in industrial and mining enterprises, schools, medical and scientific research units, and are widely used in the electronics and chemical industries. The aging test chamber is mainly used for thermal oxidative aging tests on rubber, plastic products, electrical insulation materials, and other materials, or for ventilation aging tests on electronic components and plasticized products.
